A thorough Consultation that offers a holistic approach to your health and wellness through my healing practices, along with the power of herbs and nature. My goal is to empower you to take control of your well-being and achieve your optimal health. Your beautiful body has it's own built in, self-healing mode called the Parasympathetic Nervous System. Let's activate this system within you, as I am committed to supporting your journey towards a healthier and happier you. My personalised Naturopathic regime is designed just for you & acts as complementary support whilst you navigate your Spiritual Awakening. *Please note: Herbs, supplements & postage are an extra cost. Clients outside of Australia will need to obtain their recommended herbs & supplements online or at your nearest health food store. Australian clients may receive herbs, supplements & postage from my Dispensary or obtain them online or at your nearest health food store. 1) Once you create your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation welcome email. 2) Approximately 24 hours prior to your consultation you will receive another email containing a Microsoft Teams meeting link for your video conferencing call from me at the time of your appointment. If you don't have Microsoft Teams installed it will prompt you to install it (it is very quick & easy). Please leave enough time to do this, as you can install the app for your phone or PC prior to your appointment. 3) On the day of your consultation, leave enough time for yourself to be organised; to ensure you receive my video call at the time allocated for you & so you are in a relaxed state of being. 4)As your consultation time begins, we connect via video conferencing & complete your Initial Naturopathic Consult. 5) Within 24 hours after your consult, you will receive an email with your Naturopathic Recommendations. 6) All consultation booking times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time "Brisbane Zone".
